Delivery methods

For every order placed on www.currentledlighting.com, Current LED Lighting issues an invoice for the sent goods. For the issuance of the invoice, to the information provided by the Customer. No change in the bill will be possible after the issuance thereof.

Shipping costs are charged to the customer and are shown explicitly at the time of order. The payment of the goods by the customer will be using the method chosen when ordering. No fees or commission is due to Current LED Lighting.

Delivery times vary depending on the mode of payment and the ordered product. The booking of goods based on availability is immediate. The average time of order fulfillment (parcel delivery by us to the carrier) can vary from 2 to 5 working days. At the time of delivery of the order must be added the time of the courier that is 24 hours for most of the Italian territory and 48 hours for the islands and some areas particularly difficult to reach.

No responsibility can be attributed to Current LED Lighting in case of delay in the order or delivery of goods ordered.

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check that the number of boxes is the same as indicated on the invoice and that the packaging is not damaged or wet or otherwise altered;

Any external damage or the mismatch in the number of packages or particulars, must be immediately reported to the carrier making the delivery, adding the word "withdrawal conditional" on the appropriate document and confirmed within 8 days by registered mail return to the courier whose address is explained on the accompanying document. In case of damaged package, write "subject to removal" because the package is damaged. Once signed the slip, the customer can not make any objection about the appearance of the goods. Despite the packaging intact, the goods must be verified within eight days of receipt. Any damages or hidden defects must be reported in writing by registered mail with return receipt to the courier whose address is explained on the accompanying document.

Right of withdrawal

• If the customer is a consumer (ie a person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does the purchase by indicating in the order form to Current LED Lighting a reference to VAT) He has the right to rescind the purchase contract for any reason without penalty and except as described.

    To exercise this right, the customer must enter a request for withdrawal on-line in the "Order Status" or send mail in which you must also give the bank needed to     repay the sums paid; the system will send the customer an email with a paper form to be printed and sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt     within 10 working days of receipt of the goods.

The right of withdrawal is subject to the following mandatory conditions:

• The law applies to product purchased in its entirety; it can be exercised only on the withdrawal of the product (ex .: accessories, software, attachments, etc. ...);

• The products must be returned intact and in original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories: manuals, cables, etc ...); It should be avoided in all cases the attachment of labels or tape directly on the packaging of the product;

• The property subject to the right of withdrawal must be returned in normal condition, as it has been kept and used with the use of reasonable diligence: will not then be accepted products used that indicate signs of damage or dirt and that therefore they can no longer be considered;

• The property subject to the right of withdrawal must bear the same serial number on the invoice selling Current LED Lighting; if the goods were to return a serial number other than that indicated on the invoice, the return will not be accepted and the product will be made available to the customer for his return, while canceling the request for withdrawal;

• Shipping charges for return of the asset are charged to the customer;

• The shipment until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse is under the responsibility of the customer;
• If the goods are damaged during transport, Current LED Lighting will inform the customer (within 5 working days of receipt of goods in their stores), to enable him to file a timely complaint against the carrier of his choice and to obtain reimbursement the value of the asset (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for his return, while canceling the request for withdrawal; Current LED Lighting is not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments;

• Current LED Lighting will refund the customer the full amount paid (except shipping and handling), as quickly as possible and within 30 days of receipt of the cancellation notice, after receipt of the goods covered by the withdrawal, by transfer of the amount charged by bank transfer. 

• In any case, Current LED Lighting will pay the shipping costs if the reason for the return was a product defect or an error in the order due to Current LED Lighting.

• The costs and risks of transport for the return shall be borne by the customer. The return of products that are damaged, deteriorated or lacking in accessories and original equipment will not be accepted by Current LED Lighting and will be returned to the sender with the burden of transport costs. In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Current LED Lighting will return to sender the property purchased by charging the same shipping costs.

Warranty

Assistance in returning the goods are accepted under the conditions described above.

Privacy

The personal information requested under the order are collected and processed by Current LED Lighting on media, in order to meet the obligations under the contract with the customer and will not under any circumstances and no license to third parties. Current LED Lighting guarantees its customers the respect of rules on the processing of personal data.  Marketing communications will be sent only with the explicit consent of the customer released together with the processing and sending the registration form online.
